Here's my contribution:
6-man Blinding Ele Blinding Flash Ether Prodigy {E} Lightning Orb Lightning Strike Gale Ward of Stability Consume Corpse Ressurection Signet Axe Warrior Eviscerate {E} Executioner's Strike Bull's Strike Shock Distracting Blow Frenzy Rush/Sprint Ressurection Signet Hammer Warrior Devastating Hammer Crushing Blow Fierce Blow Hammer Bash Shock Frenzy Sprint Ressurection Signet MoR Mesmer Mantra of Recovery {E} Diversion Energy Burn Drain Enchantment Shatter Enchantment Remove Hex Draw Conditions Ressurection Signet Word of Healing and Boon Prot Currently lacks non-KD interrupts for Ghostly so Ele's with Stability will be the targets for shutdown when capping etc. Monks with 1 hex removal each. Made the Ele /N secondary for CC so that the Mes can go /Mo and bring a fast cast Remove Hex that will recharge every 3.5 seconds to deal with hex heavy teams.
